Experienced sports referees and officials have an opportunity to immigrate to Canada, as the country is seeking skilled workers in the sports field. Eligible candidates can pursue migration through various pathways, including the Federal Skilled Worker Visa, the Federal Skilled Trades Visa, the Canada Experience Class Pathway, or a Provincial Nominee Program.

There continues to be a high demand for sports officials and referees throughout Canada, both at the national and provincial levels.

To be eligible:

  1. You must have at least one year of full-time work experience in the specific job field.
  2. Ensure that your qualifications or credentials related to your job are certified through an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA).

You must fulfill the language test requirement.
