Human and Compassionate Grounds Program
The reason for rejection under the H & C program
A common cause of refusal or rejection is the lack of substantial supporting evidence. This issue frequently arises in Humanitarian and Compassionate (H & C) cases, each of which is distinct and relies solely on its unique circumstances.
Obtaining permanent residency through H & C is considered relatively straightforward because it does not necessitate English language proficiency tests such as IELTS or CELPIP, nor does it require specific educational qualifications. However, thorough investigations into the reasons for refusals often show that these are due to insufficient evidence backing the claims made in the applications.
